Subject:                 Why Travel to Meetings?  Try Exchange Conferencing Service!

For M?crosöft Internal Use Only

Why hassle with traveling to meetings?

Experience Exchange Conferencing Server!

Meetings without walls!  Exchange Conferencing Server, M?crosöft’s newest platform for interactive, online collaboration for the virtual team, is now available!  With Exchange Conferencing, you can schedule meetings to bring together a group of co-workers dispersed throughout the Puget Sound area in a "virtual" conference room.

Exchange Conferencing integrates different online meeting technologies including data, audio and video conferencing and schedule management to provide a consistent and unified conferencing experience. So you and your co-workers can work together in real time without leaving any of your desktops.  No need to have to travel to meet in a single, physical conference room!
