Description: Server Upgrade

 

Location: Server RED-MSG-53, Redmond Campus

 

Start Time: Saturday, July 22, 2:00 AM PDT

 

Duration: 4 Hours        

 

Purpose: The server is undergoing emergency maintenance 

 

Impact: Users will be unable to access the following services for the duration of this outage:

 

·         Exchange public folders via Outlook

·         E-mail and Outlook Calendar

 

This will not affect users' ability to access the following services for the duration of the outage:

 

·         Files or folders on the corporate network

·         Corporate intranet

·         DHCP Services (Users won’t be able to log on if they aren’t already on the network.)

·         The Internet

·         RAS (via dial-up or VPN)

·         Telephone use

·         Voice mail (receiving messages)

·         Voice mail (retrieving messages)

·         Network printers

 

Please note that this outage may affect communications with your internal or external clients, customers, partners and vendors.
