Parking Alert

In response to directives by the City of Redmond, M?crosöft Corporate Security will begin to immediately and vigorously enforce the M?crosöft Parking Policy. 

 

In order to better familiarize you with these policies, we offer the following information:

 

·         Storage of vehicles in MS parking garages and lots is strictly prohibited

·         Temporary storage of personal vehicles is allowed only when the storage is the due to a business related trip or absence

·         Arrangements can be made for vehicle storage by notifying Security 48 hours in advance with the appropriate information (eg. vehicle location, dates you will be gone, vehicle license & description, etc.)

·         Vehicles parked in fire lanes will be towed immediately

·         Parking is permitted in designated parking stalls only.  Cars not using clearly identified spaces will be ticketed and/or towed

·         Please refer to the Parking Policy for information on Disabled, Visitor and Carpool parking

·         Cars, trucks and motorcycles improperly stored in parking lots and garages, or which otherwise constitute a hazard may be towed without notice and at the owners expense

 

Currently, there are in excess of 70 vehicles stored in MS parking garages & lots scheduled to be towed over the next several days.  If one of these vehicles is yours, please remove it immediately or it will be towed at your expense.  If you are out of town and cannot move your vehicle, or know of someone who is unavailable by e-mail, please contact Security so alternative arrangements can be made.
